Everything is final sale meaning I do not offer refunds at the moment.

Once your order is shipped out, I am no longer responsible for your order or damages done throughout the shipping process.

I do provide tracking numbers for your order. To ensure that you get your items please double check that your address is correct. 

If there is an issue with your shipping address and a USPS employee is not able to deliver for "insufficient address" you will be charged a $7 fee to reship your order in the U.S.
If there is an issue with your order and you've received the wrong item or are missing an item please contact me via email at [email protected] or fill out the contact information!
Mistakes do happen and I am willing to work with you to make it right :)

Please note that every item is made to order. Each stone and crystal is handpicked by me to create your order. No two stones will be exactly the same so with this, every stone might have slight differences but its integrity will remain the same.
